Newsbrief: The Amazon Appstore will soon go global, with the Android-based marketplace due to launch in nearly 200 further countries later this year. The online store launched two years ago in the U.S. and later expanded to Europe. In the coming months, it will be rolled out to many other countries including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, India, South Africa and South Korea. Even the Vatican City will soon have access. Those developers who currently have games available on the Amazon Appstore can now submit their apps for approval on these new stores through the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Portal. As the stores become available, your apps will then automatically go live. More information is available on the Amazon website.
