Newsbrief: The 7 Day First Person Shooter Challenge (7DFPS), an annual game jam that challenges developers to make a first-person shooter in a week, will return in November. Originally started back in 2012 by Jan Willem Nijman, Sven Bergstrom and Sos Sosowski, the jam has seen numerous notable prototypes emerge that have then been turned into full games -- the like of Superhot, Catlateral Damage, Hunting Anubis and Receiver. The next jam will happen between November 8-15, 2014. You can find more information on the official website.
