Newsbrief: Two prominent Essex-based YouTubers charged by the UK Gambling Commission of promoting online gambling to minors have pleaded not guilty.
As noted by the BBC, Craig "NepentheZ" Douglas (pictured) and Dylan Rigby were charged back in September with promoting online gambling based around FIFA's in-game coins.
The case is believed to be the first centered around video game-related gambling in the UK, and will head to trial on February 6, 2017.
Earlier this year, two other popular YouTubers were caught up in a betting scandal after it came to light they were the owners of a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive gambling site that had featured prominently on their channels.
