Newsbrief: Facebook has a program which encourages people outside the company to report security problems with the site -- by paying them a bounty. The company paid out $1.5 million in bounties in 2013 alone. Now, Oculus has been added to the bounty program, The Verge reports. Right now, Facebook -- which acquired Oculus in March -- is asking people to report vulnerabilities in the Oculus website and developer messaging system. But that could expand, says Facebook's Neal Poole: "Potentially in the future, if people were to go explore and find issues in the SDK or the hardware, that is definitely of interest to us."
