We're well into September, and that means the kids are back in school, the nights are getting longer -- and IndieCade is gearing up for its annual October games festival in California.
The event is a notable opportunity for indie game makers to celebrate their work, and this week IndieCade published a list of 33 games nominated for awards at this year's event, which will take place in Los Angeles October 14th through 16th.
Shortly thereafter, the organization will host its inaugural European event, IndieCade Paris, in November.
IndieCade has grown from humble beginnings in 2005 to become a big event for indie game developers, and to have your game nominated for an award is significant -- in years past, the list of IndieCade finalists has included games like Sam Barlow's Her Story, Loveshack's Framed and The Tiniest Shark's Redshirt.
