Newsbrief: Google has teamed up with a pair of technology education organizations in the UK to offer 900 children the chance to build their own simplistic video game devices. Thanks to $100,000 from Google, Code Club and Technology Will Save Us are donating 900 DIY Gamer Kits to children in clubs across the UK, and helping them to solder together custom circuit boards and build their own Arduino hardware. The hope is that these children will then want to check out more information on Computer Science and making games. You can find more information on the official website.
