Newsbrief: A game called DieselStormers that just launched on Steam Early Access has been hit with a trademark dispute from Italian clothing company Diesel. Black Forest Games has told Eurogamer that it received a complaint from Diesel regarding the "likelihood of confusion" between DieselStormers and the Diesel brand. The game was originally called Ravensdale during development. Andreas Speer of Black Forest has now said, "We have no intention of changing the name of the game back to Ravensdale because that would cause much more confusion for the players than a name that happens to include a clothing brand."
