Attendance up, exhibitor numbers down at E3 this year

Newsbrief: Around 49,800 people attended E3 this year, up slightly from last year's attendance of 48,200, although the number of exhibitors dropped. Last year's expo saw around 230 exhibitors on the show floor, while this year's figures were down to around 200. Next year's expo will take place on June 16-18, 2015, held in the same location as this year's conference, the Los Angeles Convention Center -- although this may not be the case in 2016.
